Aegajyothi Charitable Trust is a registered non-profit organization devoted to transforming lives through compassion, education, and community service. We work tirelessly to uplift underprivileged and tribal communities, ensuring access to basic needs, education, and healthcare. Our mission is to empower children studying in government schools and guide the uneducated tribal people living in remote hilly areas. Through various awareness programs, training sessions, and welfare activities, we strive to promote self-reliance and social inclusion. With every initiative, we bring hope, dignity, and opportunity to those often left unheard. Education: Pre-degree and DSMS in Siddha
Background: A founder and visionary leader deeply committed to child welfare and education.
Role in Trust: Oversees all key initiatives including program planning, fundraising, and implementation. Pioneered uniform distribution campaigns and medical outreach camps.
Profession: Siddha and Varma doctor, as well as a dedicated social worker.
Mr. A.S. Venkatesan - Secretary
Education: B.A. (Economics), M.A. (Philosophy)
Background: Proprietor of SV Communication with a long-standing commitment to community service since 1993.
Role in Trust: Handles record management, correspondence, and provides key administrative support.
Profession: Entrepreneur and dedicated social activist.
Mr. K. Swaminathan - Treasurer
Education: Completed schooling at Ayya Swami Middle School and Government Higher Secondary School, Chrompet.
Background: Former Medical Lab Assistant with extensive experience working in hospital settings.
Role in Trust: Oversees financial accounts, manages donations, and monitors expenditures to ensure transparency.
Profession: Retired medical professional devoted to social welfare and serving as a voluntary wind captain at Akhila Bharatha Ayyappa Seva Sangham.
Mrs. Bindu Sasikumar - Coordinator
Education: B.A. in Communicative English, M.A. in Public Administration, M.A. in English Literature, B.Ed.
Background: Actively engaged in charitable initiatives, particularly in child development, senior care, and the promotion of traditional medicine.
Role in Trust: Oversees program coordination, outreach, and communications while fostering strong community engagement.
Profession: Teacher and Advisor in Traditional Medicine.
